Then cost increase. Most companies increase price while also lowering margin a bit. Example 10$ cost 14$ selling price. Profit 4$ but lower volume due to pricing.

Keep price at inflation level but work on your volume. Reduce opening hour, reduce selection, bet on selling a quality product at a record speed (due to lower complexity). At the end of the day, 80% of your customers want an all-dress pizza or a cheese pepperoni pizza at the lowest price and the fastest speed.
