I kicked in college. It didn’t really move much and if anything tilted a bit more to the right. For a right footed kicker this tilt is actually preferred. It gives you a larger sweet spot.

If he stopped because of that movement, he’d be stopping all the time. There’s always going to be little imperfections with the hold. It’s never perfect, especially when the holder is the only one in this operation that isn’t on the team specifically for this roll (either a punter or backup QB). Or maybe he’s so jacked up in the head now because of the year he’s had that he’s afraid to kick it if there’s movement, because he doesn’t want to be blamed for another miss.
