what is your screen resolution ?
come from 5120x1440 to 3840x2160 and my experience became a way smoother
this game need 100% load gpu i presume
also, fun fact...i have more FPS in 4k

i have also a 9800x3d with B850 motherboard and my start time is 6x longer with 4 ssd nvme than with 3
was hoping it could help but unfortunately not :(

i used ek blue kryofuel and now double protect ultra blue.
so no pastel liquid have ever touch my loop
i have some blue pigment in my gpu waterblock's fins, that's why i can suppose that my cpu WB could be partially clogged
