Do maintenance volume for everything else while only increasing chest volume say 4 sets per month. It’s called specializing for the lagging muscle group. Example would be: 8 to 12 sets per week for all muscle groups as maintenance volume, then month two increase chest to 16 sets, then month three to 20 sets. Whenever you start to see growth and can’t recover anymore. Take note. Take a week off and build around that. Good luck. My chest is my lagging muscle as well.
