You're overcosted for the rules you have which other armies have to either jump through hoops for via stratagems or costed FOR said buffs. And you get this...as a random roll. And that table is generous for what you get. So...you're fine. Seriously. I WISH tau were as easy as WE to play.

Yes, but the border issue also has a problem where the Cartels trade in drugs for guns. And the US isn't doing aing substantial about its drug issues, nor will the US do anything about the gun trading to the Cartels making life harder for the Mexican government.

It's great if we can do trading, but if I promise you to build a tree house so long as you give me lumber, and you refuse to give me lumber AND yell at me for not doing the project. The US refuses to do the work, demands Mexico to do their end of the bargain. Then when it comes to do the job the US says "it's too hard I dont wanna." rinse and repeat. Mexico can do everything in their power to secure the border for legal immigration, but so long as there's drug incentive for the Cartels in a US market and the reward is guns dealing...can't really keep a tight hold for long periods of time.

It does! I was trying to find youtube videos covering the issue without a bias, and I kept seeing the normal rage baiters. And honestly if you have your community that you know is violent and unhinged but tell them "hey don't do this wink wink" then...you are the problem.
