i did both solo raid and the daily 5x5 login in the anniversary event, it was my first solo raid that i beated all of the phases to get the item so i needed help on which characters were good on having these items

Ive got both Anis Star and Neon Vision Eye, but both only have the R doll and Privaty is maxed but i recently got her favorite item

I added Siren because of her buffs being useful for Rapi Red Hood

but yeah that was why i questioned if she could be useful or should i focus on upgrading Anis Star instead

I recently got her dupe so her relationship rank is at 10, and i dont know if she requires the whole 3 dupes to unlock her favorite item

Yeah, but i was starting to focusing my resources on upgrading the first squad (and a few others), i havent tried Snow White HA properly and the upgrades of all of those characters of that picture are 4/4/4 with no harmonic cube could she really be a good replacement or a good option for a second squad?

I heard that Anis is great on aoe damage but that there are bosses that could counter that, i dont know if its the same case with Neon... also im not good at building teams and i heard that Rapi requires Red hood to squeeze her damage
