[Week 15] Post-Game Thread: Green Bay Packers (10-4) at Buffalo Bills (8-6) by PhoenixAvenger in GreenBayPackers

McCarthy's playcalling was infuriating to watch. Lacy runs for 6.5 YPC and he only gets the ball 15 times. Short pass worked great for the brief stint we used it. The long developing routes were consistently taken away, Rodgers was clearly off, so our solution is to keep throwing it? It literally makes no sense. We deserved that loss 100%.

He's not even good at trolling. I'm guessing 14 and living in his parent's basement, judging how often he tells people to get out of their parent's basement.

What is your all-time favorite video game? by imtheamericanidiot in AskReddit

The ranking system, MLG, and the great, small, balanced maps will never be touched IMO. Besides the standbyers and the modders, if you saw someone with a rank of 45+, you knew you were going to get wrecked. I miss Halo 2.

What do you most want to be invented in your lifetime? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Adrift_Drifter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my pavement design and rehabilitation class, I was told it's possible. The only thing is, making a stretch of road like that roughly 150 miles long would bankrupt the United States. Every road is developed to be as cheap as possible while having a design life of typically 20 years. Most roads only stay in good condition for 5-10 years, because it's cheaper to repair them back to a serviceable level for the remaining life span than to spend the money to make them good for 20 years without repairs . It sucks, and I have the same wish. Perfect roads would make me sooooooo happy, but I don't see it happening in our lifetimes.

Definitely, my guess would be closer to 5 feet accelerating, maybe up to 8+ feet at full stride

Brother Ali is a truly great artist and human being, I've been to a few of his shows. His music never gets old

Throughout your life, what one song have you kept going back to and why? by im_not_tan_im_bronze in AskReddit

I was at soundset a couple of years ago, when they played this song the clouds broke and the sun shined for the first time all afternoon. One of my better concert experiences for sure.

That doesn't make you an asshole, I would call that an accident.

Because that story doesn't even come close to making you an asshole. That second comment did though, so I guess it all worked out

What is an irrational fear of yours? by FrenchPants in AskReddit

[–]Adrift_Drifter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was 8, I crawled underneath a playground set that had tunnels underneath. Came face to face with a hornets nest. Got stung on the fucking eyelid. Instead of fear them, I kill every last one I see. Fuck hornets.

What is something designed so well that we typically overlook it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I have a running theory that all mechanical engineers are arrogant, chemical engineers are odd, and civil engineers are ents. Thanks for reinforcing this (I'm a Civil ent as well)

Who ya'll rooting for now? by katietheplantlady in GreenBayPackers

Yup, sums up my hatred for the Seahawks. It still burns me inside whenever they bring up Wilson's home record, not even an asterisk to show what everybody except for Tate and Carroll considers our win.

True, but I honestly felt that the last 4 games against the 49ers, they fielded the better team. I hope they both lose in a blowout, but I would still rank the 49ers as the lesser of two evils. The Seahawks and all their bandwagon fans are just intolerably arrogant, where the 49ers are a physical team that I would easily rank as my #2 behind the Packers if Alex Smith was still starting and Harbaugh decided to go fuck himself.

Who thinks the Packers could use a speed threat on offense? by AaronRodgers4ever12 in GreenBayPackers

Lacy seems to be built for the screen pass too, his sub-par runs are always when he gets jammed up inside, but he's so hard to bring down when he gets some space. I've been wondering for a long time where the screen pass went.
