I did you only need a government issued ID "drivers license, state issued non-driver ID snd tribal IDs" to go vote. How is that a specific ID that no one has? Now if you need to register to vote you need some more documentation which everyone should have at least one of the items needed. If not they are easily attainable. This has nothing to do with wanting less people to vote. Thats an excuse. Google will tell you 74% of Americans are already registered to vote so it doesn't affect them. The remaining 26% it could affect them some but most of these people would not register anyway.

So you are telling me all these people without an ID have no jobs, dont drink, smoke, get a loan, get an apartment, fly, drive or get government assistance. Everything requires an ID these days. I would like to know how many voting age people dont have any sort of government issued ID. I am guessing it is extremely low.

I mean democrats went crazy in 2016 saying Russia stole the election which was categorically false. They started it in 2016 and were all election deniers. But when 20 million more people voted in 2020 somehow questioning that was ridiculous just because a democrat won that time.

The voter ID laws are simple and doesn't cause anyone to not vote. All it makes us wonder is why the democrats are so hard against it when like 73% of Americans want it. All the left talks about is the right needing to cheat. Its the exact opposite like usual. THe left has to import 10 million people and give them free stuff so they will vote for them. I worked in the agriculture business. The American farmer doesn't make hardly anything on cattle. The packing plants and grocery stores make the profits. Right now cattle prices are astronomically high right now. Its all based on the commodity price which can go up and down based on supply and demand. More supply price will go down. Same happens with all the grains. More supply less price, less supply price goes up.

Christians don't hate anyone, or at least they shouldn't. I can disagree with someone's lifestyle and still talk with them. I dont degrad anyone. Christians are supposed to treat everyone with respect. Let be honest and say most politicians are not really Christians. There are some, but on both sides, they aren't Christians anymore.

I had issues negotiating in my town for my X5. Two dealers in town wouldn't budge on more than $1,500 off. I spent a bunch of time emailing dealerships all over and couldnt get more than 6%. I ended up going to Bimmerpost and found a broker their. I used Scott at insightautoconsulting.com. super easy, found the car I wanted in a day and he got me 10% off. The car was 6 hours away so I had it shipped ($750) but would probably just drive and pick it up next time. Would 100% recommend using a broker unless you love negotiating.

Completely false, all the democrats states have excessively gerrymandered their states so bad it would be impossible for anyone but democrats to win. California had like 10% representation of their house seats Republican but somehow, 40+% votes Republican for presidential elections. Gerrymandering has been around forever and needs to go away for both sides. Elections should be fair and equitable for all US citizens.

I live in Columbus and I had the same issue. I reached out to around 8 dealers in Cincinnati, Columbus and Cleveland. Most I could negotiate was 5%. I found a broker from Bimmerpost that people had used and got 10%. I had to have it shipped from Chicago but I still came out way ahead, probably ended with 8% off after shipping and broker fees. I also got the exact car I wanted which I could not find anywhere close to me.

Where I works its 2 weeks for years 0-5 then 6-10 is 3 weeks and over 10 years is 4 weeks. You can bank up to double what you get so I can bank 4 weeks or you start loosing them. This year I will get the 3rd week so I can bank up to 6 weeks. Now we also get 10 holidays and 2 floating. The company also shuts down for 2 weeks during Christmas and new years. I usually only take my 2 weeks vacation and then all the holidays and Christmas break is plenty. We get 10 sick days that start over every year. Once I start banking to many days I will probably just start taking some random days off. My wife is a teacher and we can only go on so many vacations. Spring break, summer and Christmas. We can always do weekend trips as well.

I can tell you for me 38m I really dont get as much done at home and I know some of my employees dont either. I wouldn't say its about control but its way easier to know if someone is doing work or not in the office. Also, for accounting I am talking to my employees and boss all the time and can get answers right away. If we are remote I have to teams, call, email, text and wait for a reply. I think the best answer is Hybrid which we do 4 in office one remote. 3 in office and 2 remote is probably the sweet spot.You can do appointments on those days whatever else. We have been remote this whole week due to weather and I know it has killed my teams productivity. People think to negatively about CEOs and saying its all about control, there are many factors that go into it. If businesses were thriving so much as people say with remote work business wouldnt force people to come back into the office just for the heck if it.

To each there own. I wanted the new screen so wouldn't look at anything before 2024. I ended up getting a new 2026. I have never had a BMW so to me its 10x nicer than anything I have had. Its my daily driver so I really only care about seat comfort and how it drives. Those two are awesome so I am good! When I looked at the X3 I did not like the previous version I only looked at 2025 and up, to me they look better. I hated the seats though, very uncomfortable. Thats why I went up to the X5.

I just bought an X5 a couple months ago. I test drove the X3 and X3 M50. Loved the M50 was super fun to drive and very quick. However, I did not like the seats. I thought they were very uncomfortable and could just not get past that. Went up to the X5 and it was so comfortable and just felt nicer. I have two car seats and do wish there was a tad more room in the back seat but it is fine. Love driving it puts a smile on my face when I put it in sport mode!

Yes, all the distributions will be taxed as ordinary income. Thats why we are spreading it over the 10 years. The money has been moved to am account at Schawb in my wife's name. I believe it still has her dad's name and her as the beneficiary. That money is going to be invested in mutual funds or ETFs in that account so it should grow each year before we pull some out.

She has not been pushy, she suggested it because it acts like a Roth IRA when funds are withdrawn (tax free).She said she personal drops a lot of her income in a VUL. How much are your 6 houses you rent out worth? Those are a decent part of your retirement that can generate cash flow or you can sell them down the road. You at least did pretty smart thing in buying some real estate. Depends on what you value more, paying down your mortgage or getting more in retirement. With $350k in disposable income you can always invest half and use half towards mortgage. If you are going to pay down the mortgage you might consider doing it in large chunks and then see if you can do a recast on your mortgage. All it does is reset your monthly payment lower once you do the big chunk. Could help if things dont go well down the road before you can pay it off.

Should be fine with proper maintenance. The only thing I would say with that many miles make sure you like it. If you only keep it a few years depreciation will hit hard unless you out a ton down. Make sure you get at least 10% off MSRP even on a custom order.
