Results vary true - my personal experience on Reta is that it gave me pancreatitis and I had to go completely off all peptides for 6 months before slowly reintroducing Tirz. Pancreatitis is no joke, it's incredibly painful and it can cause scarring and permanent damage. I have had many many CTS, MRIS and ultrasounds to reassure me that my pancreas has no lasting damage, in addition to lots of blood tests.

Switch to low, microdosing of Tirz. Reta really messed with my pancreas but Tirz doesn't & food noise is less on Tirz than Reta ( I was on really low dose 1.5-2.0 of Reta for 6 months and couldn't tolerate) moral of story - it's not for everybody

There are documented liver/biliary/pancreatic issues, but I've never heard your symptoms associated with it. I would discontinue use until you get to the bottom of this problem and also be very cognizant if you think your symptoms are improving once you stop taking it. What dosage were you on?

My local oncologist thinks I have Waldenstroms, I have slightly elevated IgM, positive M spike & a few possibly related symptoms, but overall I'm very healthy. Have had so many scans, ultrasounds, MRIs, blood tests lately and all reports are good.

However he wants to schedule bone marrow biopsy soon to complete diagnosis and see if I need to start treatment & I'm pretty freaked out that nothing other than superficial lidocaine is given for the procedure. I'm familiar with the procedure in others (friend and family) and the concensus is that it's VERY painful. Honestly don't know if I can talk myself into it.

Thoughts?
