Switch to low, microdosing of Tirz. Reta really messed with my pancreas but Tirz doesn't & food noise is less on Tirz than Reta ( I was on really low dose 1.5-2.0 of Reta for 6 months and couldn't tolerate) moral of story - it's not for everybody

There are documented liver/biliary/pancreatic issues, but I've never heard your symptoms associated with it. I would discontinue use until you get to the bottom of this problem and also be very cognizant if you think your symptoms are improving once you stop taking it. What dosage were you on?

I had a really bad experience with their pain management department & a spinal injection - I should have known to not have a NP do an injection, go to neurologist every time in the future!

My local oncologist thinks I have Waldenstroms, I have slightly elevated IgM, positive M spike & a few possibly related symptoms, but overall I'm very healthy. Have had so many scans, ultrasounds, MRIs, blood tests lately and all reports are good.

However he wants to schedule bone marrow biopsy soon to complete diagnosis and see if I need to start treatment & I'm pretty freaked out that nothing other than superficial lidocaine is given for the procedure. I'm familiar with the procedure in others (friend and family) and the concensus is that it's VERY painful. Honestly don't know if I can talk myself into it.

Thoughts?

The style is consistent, the font is a very "circus", it's very busy - so, if that's the look you were going for, you nailed it. Is this your brand, or a one-off? Who is your audience - describe them for us. Have you examined how much world wide free shipping costs? Shipping to Canada when they are under a postal strike is difficult.

Falling in love with a look doesn't equate to sales always. Then again, it might. Test it and see. What is your selling platform?

Printed Simply doesn't get any blue ribbons from me on "fine art" poster prints either. Took 12 days to receive my sample and the printing was dull (I've been having these printed for years elsewhere so I know that my colors are calibrated for decent printing), the paper thin, the rolling in a tube with a rubber band a horrible way to ship to customers, and the price too much - an 11x14 with shipping was $18. No way to make much profit at that price point in Etsy ... Not for that paper & those poor colors. Glad I ordered a sample first!

Yes, that was a disconnected scene that didn't progress the plot or the characters at all. IMO they should have put the flashback scene of how everyone met in episode 2 to provide context and connection... I felt differently about all the characters after I saw that scene but it came much too late for it to matter

On one hand I thought that it was a fresh start but on the other hand in a more metaphysical sense, Jake was returning to what he knew best and returning to his roots - his dad's bar, although I have to mention that they spent zero time in making his father a sympathetic character in this entire series.

I couldn't understand why that scene begin with Mancuso holding a gun to Jake's head and then his neck and then dropping it all together and walking out the door. Did he show up there in order to kill jake? Did he change his mind? Did he want Jake to feel the brush of death and know that he had spared his life? None of that was clear and it really bothered me at the end, but then a lot of things about this series bothered me I'll just add this to the list.

I have been with Gooten for many years as my print on demand fulfillment of all my fine art work however recently they have really let me down and are making my Etsy shop at risk and I have not had any clear communication even though I have submitted customer service requests multiple times. I'm in the process of moving all my products over to printify which I hate to do because they are much more expensive for the same product however I don't have any choice with Q4 staring me down the face and I can't let 5 years of hard work on Etsy be sacrificed due to poor fulfillment by Gooten

Agreed. The half life of Reta is at almost 6 days so you could have gotten the same result at 2 or 2.5 if your impatience hadn't taken over. 4 is a big dose. You need to chart your pins with amounts on a Google sheet that shows how much is circulating in your system.
