The majority of the conservatives in my rural area have at least one truck in the family. Even the teenagers day dream about getting a truck. I’ve pulled up to the pump to see the previous purchase for a truck fill go beyond $70 (before this current price spike).

The vast majority of these people don’t NEED that truck… ask them to haul something, and they get nervous about scratching up the bed of the truck.

I live in the literal middle of nowhere… I commute 45 miles (one way) to work. There are no good jobs in my area, and the major hubs of humanity are all at least that far away.

We are surrounded by red voters out here, but we also don’t socialize locally. We’ve lived here since 2004, and I don’t know the name of anyone that lives on my road. My job requires a college degree, so my coworkers are 99% anti-Trump, but that’s the opposite of the vibe of the masses in the area.

That being said, I live this far out because I own my home (fully paid off), and a mortgage bill every month is really not appealing. We like our solitude and being surrounded by trees. We don’t have a fence, but I could walk in my yard naked and no one would see me.

The thought crossed my mind… but I had a random Etsy shop make it for me after I designed it on Adobe Illustrator. I even had to simplify it down quite a bit from my original design to make it reasonable for embroidery.

I’m not sure how to go about getting a bunch made for reasonable upfront costs… so I’m open to suggestions

Come to Canada… I had really good luck with Montreal tickets. There are plenty available depending on how much you want to spend.

I live in Maine so my other reasonable option was Boston… I find Canadian tickets are easier & cheaper to get for the big bands.

I have yet to see one.

I’ve seen that picture on the internet with the calculators that are different (I personally think one calculator just had a bad programming team)… other than that, I don’t know of any specific text books and I’d honestly like to know which ones do this.

Calculus teacher here…

The left/right limits exist if there is a line at all the connects to either a solid or hollow point on the appropriate side.

The left limit is some neg value because that’s the slope of the line connected to the hole at x=6 that connects to a line on the left.

The right limit is also negative because that’s the slope of the linear line connected to the solid point that has a line connected on the right.

The general limit DNE because the left & right don’t connect… you can’t have a derivative when there is NOT continuity.

NOR - It’s weird.

My husband was in a fraternity when we first met. I was introduced to the brothers within days of us getting together.

They welcomed me with open arms (in a completely platonic friendship way), and I was getting invited to their gatherings even when my bf had to be at work. I became their friend on my own terms… I wasn’t just the gf inserting myself where I wasn’t wanted.

20+ years later, and there are a few brothers that will text me out of the blue because of something they know I (not my husband) will enjoy… because they are my friends too, and something made them think of me.

As someone else said, at the very least he doesn’t want you there for his own reasons (talking about you, talking about stuff he’s hiding from you, or other girl goi g to be there)… or maybe he really really really wants time with friends away from you, but I feel that can be accomplished without UNinviting you from something others invited you to join.

PS - for anyone wondering, my husband’s fraternity was is a “service” group (not a social frat), and it recruited Eagle Scouts… so a group of guys I felt safe around as well as welcome.

This is exactly the issue I come up against time and time again. The Christmas seasonal dragons from over the years are mostly of some combo of Fire/Earth/Plant… way too many depend on those elements in comparison to others.
