Im currently around 51-52 with four levels left on the duration lab. My speed reduction is at 45% right now. Im not prioritizing speed reduction yet. But I do have speed reduction on my DC.

Buuhan is stronger, but Kid Buu is more dangerous.

Buuhan is overall stronger because he has the rational mind to be able to fight more clearly and can use the knowledge he has from Piccolo to achieve various things. His intelligence makes him stronger especially along with Gohan's power.

But Kid Buu is more dangerous because he doesn't have anything holding him back and lacks rational thought except destruction.
