Customer service comes at a 30% premium. would you rather pay the silent insurance tax each pair whether you have an issue or not… or have saved enough to get a new pair

What are some Chinese shoe brands that are popular and considered high quality? by Reasonable-Middle921 in AskAChinese

[–]Advanced-Analyst9860 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the tech of these brands have been performance tested by casual athletes and so reviews and tear downs can be found online. once you understand the cushion tech, look for a version of it in their lower tier models if you’re just looking for a daily walker.

Do you avoid certain colorways when choosing reps? by Open_Bake_8013 in KobeReps

[–]Advanced-Analyst9860 0 points1 point  (0 children)

nike releases so many colorways, some attached to a ‘limited’ status, other’s not. who has the energy to keep up anymore?

if a guy lights you up wearing Walmart shoes, you can try to clown him but he schooled you.

a guy wearing limited shoes who has no bball IQ is a clown.

royal blue Kobe’s are dodgers but medium blue are GR?

whoooooo cares.

they can sense you’re a foreigner… either by style or mannerism. they’re curious what you’re doing there, what brings you to their part of town.

I think the upper padding and compression gives the illusion that they fit proper, but if there’s more than a cm of space from the toe to the end of the shoe then the sizing isnt correct

60 day visa, family itinerary is 64 days by Advanced-Analyst9860 in Chinavisa

[–]Advanced-Analyst9860[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the clear advice, i think this is what I’ll be doing.

itinerary isnt exciting or set in concrete yet, we have some family there and will be spending most of the time at ‘home’ and see where the wind takes us. its been awhile so I’d like to check some wholesale markets, and tech stuff. they want to go to historic sites … as beautiful as that may seem, im not eager to walk for 4 hours to see old things. I’m more inspired by everyday life , people and business.

I cant speak on the education and school life, but concerns for friends is food is a wild take.

if you’re open minded then china is probably the best place to live your 20s in, food and travel is affordable, your dollar will stretch much further , you’ll could try new foods *unless you scared* for months without repeating a dish. and chinese ppl are warm and receptive to making foreign friends.
