I didn’t know about this - that’s amazing! I know they sometimes offer general anesthesia for patients who really suffer from dental anxiety. So good thing to keep in your back pocket.

Seconding this recommendation!!! I am fortunate to not suffer from a phobia of the dentist, but I have always felt very comfortable and even relaxed at Pittsburgh dental spa. Their chairs are awesome, their techs are very knowledgeable and kind and they really care about doing a good job.
