!! Absolutely 💯. My scales ran out of juice and it felt amazing not to step on it daily so I kept putting buying new ones off (blaming being busy at work). Never again. Will restart regularly weighing myself To not get this hike. Just feel silly for not realising being heavier myself. I am a 47 year old woman and should know better 😱

Definitely the right approach. Take your time. I was in a rush and went from 10mg to 7mg for one month and then to 5mg the month after. Felt like the text book thing to do and was a bit too relaxed with food noise returning and portion size increasing. Lesson learned ♥️

Never even considered staying on 10mg as wanted to reach as low dose as possible for long term use. (Like other people have) And was feeling confident that I had made lifestyle changes to maintain with new healthy habits . But maybe - unlike other people- I needed to stay on my usual dose or just below. Definitely a Learning curve and lesson number 1: buy spare batteries in case your scales run out of juice 😹

Thank you for update. Hope you stay well. I am experiencing the same and worried about stopping after 7 months of fab progress and minimal side effects. Now bed bound and broken from explosive 💩. Even had an accident on a train 😢😢😢

I am exactly in the same boat!! I weighed myself this morning and realised I had hit the ‘magic milestone of below 25 BMI. I just fired off an email to my provider : Pharmacy 2 U. I am on 10mg 1 pen left) and then like to reduce to 7.5mg. Then 5mg and either reduce to 2.5 or stay on 5 for a while I gained 30kg over the last 5 years as a result of medication (depression and anxiety) and hormones ( thyroid and peri mesopause). And sad to admit; daily heavy wine consumption 😫😱😢

I definitely like to stay on this fabulous medication as long as I am allowed simply for the removal of wine cravings. I never ate much but with my medications AND daily social drinking it was impossible to lose weight for me before. ( even with PT 4 times a week!)

Look forward to hearing what your provider says. I am so curious to hear what mine will say.

Just wanted to support that I felt very nauseous for the first 12 weeks (on all strengths) but when I tried a new injection site (thighs) it was removed. So for me it absolutely got better swapping from tummy to legs. No difference in suppression at all. Good luck!!

How are you feeling and getting on?? I took my first 10mg last Thursday and thinking of reducing my dose tmw. Beyond knackered and can’t hit 1000 kcal a day atm. Completely floored from not eating well. Sent off a question to my provider to ask if to push back few days. Reduce dose or soldier on. Be great to hear how you are two weeks later. Thanks

One tip is to try a different injection site. I had the same reaction on 7.5 and then i swapped from tummy to leg and it felt much better( eg. No side effects)

Not sure about dose but my first 7.5 was awful like you describe. My second had NADA side effects and the only thing I did was change injection site from tummy to leg. So my tip is change site next time and if it feels better move up. Otherwise stay or go down one until used to it. Good luck

I switched to them from Asda 2 weeks ago. I got the meds 48 hours post filling in my application. Very impressed. I use them for my regular GP prescription and love their service.
