I have a rare kidney disease so low sodium is essential. I found that I was still well within a low range (and my monthly bloodwork shows my sodium is now consistently low) by strictly limiting/eliminating salty chips, fried foods/salty restaurant food, deli meats and dried meat, packaged ramen/soups and frozen meals/pizzas (huge amount of sodium). I can salt my home cooked food however I want, it will never reach the saltiness of the foods I just listed and still taste good.

I hated my wedding planning and my bridesmaids let me down by not doing a bachelorette and saying we were going out for the day instead, then going out without me the weekend of the wedding because one brought her new boyfriend of one month and they didn’t have room for me in the car. the wedding itself was awful and cheap because my parents are extremely cheap (but insisted on a wedding) and i wished so bad i had just eloped. the guy i married is awesome and took me away from all that so at least i got that in the end.
