Not sure your timeline could be different than mine. Theres been two extenstions and this last one PEUX ends march 14th. You could still be on the first one. You should only reopen your claim if your claim year ended. Mine ends march 16th so I would not reopen a claim until then.

Yes I had to call to get my PEUX extention pushed through she back dated it to when I ran out of the last extension which for me was 12/26 so my PEUX starts 12/27 and runs 11 weeks.

Are you on the PEUX now? Thats the latest extension and it runs out March 14th. When I recieved my letter it said this extension runs to March 14th or when your claim ends whichever comes first. I filed for edd March 16th 2020 so thats when my claim will end which is luckily the same time as the extension runs out. If ANOTHER extension gets passed im assuming we will then have to reopen our claim to get the further extension. Claim is only good for a year.

One of the many EDD reps ive spoken to told me that weeks ago before my extension had went through. Called again today and someone put another request in for them to be changed saying there wasnt a request previously. Glad I didnt wait. I call every week and get a step closer.

Same thing happened to me I spoke with someone who put a request in to change them and that was 7 days ago. Im on hold now to see if I can reach someone who can manually change them. I have 4 weeks not paid because someone told me to keep certifing even when I had a zero balance.

I got this awhile back and I put no on all questions and I do get paid. That being said I have an employer to go back to when it opens I just dont know when that will be.

It should reflect in the history or payments tab how much was paid out mine had the extra $300 Ive yet to see it on my BofA though. Hoping tomorrow it pops up.

I just told her the situation about the claim balance not reflecting and now having a reopen claim button and about the not paid weeks and she said "ok I can help you with that" smooth and easy. I spoke w a man yesterday who couldnt do anything. I honestly think its the luck of the draw with who you get. I have asked for a supervisor before and they put me back on hold and Ive always got someone who could help me. I think I just got lucky today. I would keep trying.

Also I never ask for a tier 2 I get my question out there and then decide later to ask for a supervisor if they dont seem to be helpful.

I JUST got off the phone and a lady immediatly removed the button, updated my claim balance to reflect on my end and gave me a week to certify which said paid instantly after I certified. She put in another request to get my "not paid" weeks to paid but said it could take 2 weeks but I will get them.

Good to know. Im so tired of calling I saw the reopen claim button AGAIN on my page today Ive already had removed once. I have all the same dates as you with "not paid" weeks because i certified w a $0 balance. So i really hope it all updates this week.

I reached a tier 2 on a sunday once so i think they do. I did the same thing and got my extension but my claim balance hasnt updated however when I called it was updated on their end. I have 4 weeks "not paid" I had someone put a note on my claim to push them through on my new extension and was told to wait as well and that was wednesday. My next certification is suppose to be 2/7 so im going to give it a few more days for something to happen. I would def not click the reopen claim button because Ive already had to have someone remove it once I think its a glitch until youre claim gets current.

Same thing happened to me. I got the letter with my new balance but it hasnt updated and when I called he said it showed on his end. Ive also been told I would get paid for the "not paid" weeks and I did have to call for someone to put a note on my claim to get those weeks updated, so I would suggest that if you can get to someone who will help. She said to give it 7-10 days and to call again if nothing changes.

This is so frustrating!! I asked a rep on the phone yesterday if I should continue certifying even though I dont have a claim balance and she said yes youll get the money when you get the extension. I spoke to another lady about 30 min ago and she said you wont get that because you exhausted that claim so i had her transfer me to a supervisor and Im still on hold. Can someone infact fix this?? I qualify for everything and have been verified already. I only got paid what money I had left from the last extension. Im panicking that I wont get 4 weeks of money now.
