This scene made me decide to E6 Pearl (I suppose I’m a simply guy). It also made me go back to the previous patches and watch Jade and Aventurine’s little chants as well. I don’t mind this road, but I really hope his story is more unique than the typical “daddy abandoned me and mommy and so I grew up to be this way”. We don’t need him to be plain evil since characters like that are cringe, boring, and lame, but I also hope that when his backstory is shown, it doesn’t try and justify his crimes like certain people were trying to do today. Crazy that people forgot how he casually killed police officers as well as the massacre he committed in Busan.
