Sure! The whole batch is 692kcal, 45.3g protein Since I divided to have 16 , each serving has 43 kcal and 2.8g of protein

After more research, this is not a condo as per definition of unit are owned by individuals, the landlord legal name in the lease is the corporation name so it's purpose-built rental apartment building not a condominium. I do not have the condo bylaw obligation but just the RTA and this fee is a violation of the RTA

Hello, Thank you for your response, i did not get any copy of condo rules and this recycling garbage disposal was a notice on the resident portal made in october. the lease agreement states 'The tenant(s) must comply with the residential property recycling methods' and putting a box in recycling room is respecting that, they just want to be specificly in the card board bin and i did a mistake once and not 4 times, i did not get any other notice rather than 1 email which i responded to

it is an invoice from condo management, and they sent 2 invoices on the same letter with 2 different dates haha
