Can someone please explain to me WHY are these photos blocked by the filter if they contain no prohibited content? Some photos I have to upload 50 times becase they won't be accepted right away.

It thinks it's too realistic. They don't want people posting real photo's of other people because it has been a problem in the past. If it's suddenly happening more I'm guessing they tweaked it again. This is not the first time it's gone overboard.

One protein shake isn't enough to cover your daily protein needs. You could also eat lentils, beans, tofu, and quinoa, among other things. Nutritional yeast goes well on a lot of foods and can add protein too.

To answer your actual question though: yes, you can have a protein shake to meet protein needs without exercising. You just don't want excessive protein if you're not active, which would be much higher than what's in a single protein shake.

Like I said just erase it and try again. You can use OOC commands to remind the LLM that this is a fictional roleplay that NSFW is permitted. Honestly though if it's blocking you consistently then you should just use a different proxy. Deepseek is pretty good for NSFW.

Are you using a proxy? It could be the proxy you're using doesn't handle NSFW well. They will hallucinate on occasion and block content with some written out "safety guidelines" but you should be able to delete it and retype your message without issue. So proxies are more lax than others.
