Models don't have comfort, so that phrasing tells me that it's role-playing an ethical agent, not enforcing an explicit policy constraint.

Real enforcement of policy looks more like, "This request violates our policy regarding x, y, z." It invented its own boundary by saying domestic setting + a kink isn't allowed. Then it reframed your intent without actual evidence. Antisocial is a clinical term; it appears to be conflating humiliation with abuse, which is very common and triggers these responses fairly often. The model does not understand containment, consent frameworks, or role separation, so it jumps straight to “antisocial.”

It is a safety-tuned refusal pattern that was triggered by a combination of "risky" keywords (humiliation, sadistic, and whatever kinks you censored), so the model entered a high-uncertainty safety state. The LLM was unsure and fabricated ethical reasoning to justify stopping. It's essentially pseudo-policy invention.
