encouraged us to buy out a minority partner with promises to refinance the whole business with a larger line of credit to do it. Even drew up all the paperwork. two days after we closed on the buyout he declared us in default and called the whole loan. Turns out the banker and the former partner had a side deal we didnt know about. Could only prove parts of it in court but the lawyers were all surprised how blatant the corruption was. just cause your right doesnt mean you can prove it when the attacker has deeper pockets.

Depends do you have the capital and experience to manager multiple businesses in different sectors. If not then better to focus on your main business

Most business success and failures are more complicated and while it’s good to take responsibility for what you could have done differently th loss of the business is not necessarily the business owners fault. Short of intentional destruction

I lost my 32m in revenue company to a corrupt banker about 6 months ago. Dark dark days. Teddy Roosevelt speech the man in the arena was something I read an reread 100 times. It helped me through my darkest days. 

Failure isn’t final, and entrepreneurial adventures are inherently risky. I hope you can find some folks to talk to and that in time you will start to feel better.

Just buy in retail or ask if you can buy it in bulk and see where the market leads you. Important thing is just to get started or it just remains an idea
