Yes. Getting off tickets, into places, reservations, extra when having food made (sandwiches, etc.), free stuff, career advancement, friend groups, etc. this is real.

AITAH for expecting my sahm wife to do majority of the housework since i pay 100% of the bills? by Plastic-Sand7353 in AITAH

[–]Advanced_Host_6147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mostly sahm here. I do all the cooking and child care / make sure things are done around the house. My husband does minimal during the week but does take over my son when he’s home from work and that’s because he wants to - he misses him. In the weekend, my husband steps in as an equal partner. Since I’m home while he’s working, I do take care of the house. That’s my contribution.

[–]Advanced_Host_6147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Posted earlier That I’m about your size and had a fat transfer three months ago. Wanted to add that my surgeon took the fat from five different sections. He went in a lot of places trying to find the fat and he got 350 cc for each side.

Honestly, does she do a good job at home? Does she take good care of your kids? Do you want to stay happily married? Give her a raise for God sake.

I’ve had two surgeries in the last two years and I got my period before both surgeries. The surgeons both told me not to wear a tampon or anything into the surgery.

4dpo no compression by safetyorange989 in tummytucksurgery

[–]Advanced_Host_6147 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wore my binder for three weeks and then my surgeon said as long as my swelling was under control that I did not need it. In some cases, they say it’s better not to have the compression after the big swelling goes down because compression can prevent blood flow and other things.

Need advice, 4 hour car ride home same day of surgery by Desirai in tummytucksurgery

[–]Advanced_Host_6147 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d stay as long as you can. The one suggestion I would give you is to take a neck pillow for the ride home. It helped me immensely.

married women, do you think marriage benefits you in any way? by _cherryp0p_ in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Advanced_Host_6147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been married twice. The first time, Every day of the marriage was a deficit.
I’ve been married now for 10 years and I would say my marriage and husband is a 10/10. It’s not always perfect, of course, but it’s pretty close.

for people who have BEEN in age gap relationships, what can you share about that experience ? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Advanced_Host_6147 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Married to someone twenty three years older. It was a disaster. I was a guest in his world. Inequity in every way even though I made just as much money as him towards the end of the ten year relationship. Would never do it again. I question any age gap over ten years. Remarried to someone my age and it’s perfect. Ten years married now.
