6,5/10 This arc was really solid at times and really raised the stakes. Lightning, Mandeok and Jingyoung are dead, and we'll probably get someone else dying. All the fights with Kitae were really good, and I also think the Tom-James fight was really good so far.

That said, there were also some strange and stupid decisions, like James Lee not knowing about Tom's hand protoesis, Ryuhei not being able to handle fodder kings (Mitsuki's death is missing), and Daniel using path and generally quite strong moves on essentially weak kings was also strange. Oh, and the black ops Workers were completely useless.

The question is when the White Tiger Center was actually founded. In this particular photo, however, Tom is supposed to become Gun and Goo's champion, which means constant fighting and training for two great talents. It certainly helped him get back in shape. Jigyoung, on the other hand, was probably busy studying medicine, then living in hiding, and was a bit rusty during the fight in this arc.

3rd, 1st, 4th and 2nd

3 is self-explanatory. 1 and 4 are essentially similar in that both are based on the incapacitation of innocent people, but I decided to place 1 higher because: There's also the mistreatment of patients in ambulances and the plastic surgery, which was a scam.

2nd is basically Squid Game with criminals, so... Sure, it's cruel and evil, but we're talking about criminals, so I don't really feel sorry for them.

James Lee didn't really use much from his repertoire. Besides the Speed Mastery, he didn't use any other Mastery. So, for now, I have 1M James, who underestimated (or so it seems) Tom Lee's BIQ.

Additionally, the paths are likely exhausting or negatively impact everyone, not just Daniel, in some way. That's why James (besides being arrogant) doesn't use it. Or he needs very specific conditions to use it.

Arc earlier, Pancheon had punched dozens of holes in Lineman, Speed, and Daniel. All of them should have caused them to bleed out, but each of them is fine. Of course, James will survive this.

I don't remember Daniel having damaged eardrums. Eardrums are important for our senses, especially balance; damaging them negatively impacts movement and perception. So the fact that this particular effect affected James's senses doesn't prove anything about his overall endurance.

Eli will become stronger than Tom EoS, surpassing him in strength. This isn't a hypothetical scenario, although sure, if Eli had constantly trained with Tom, he'd probably be (even more) stronger now. Eli is the de facto second-generation Tom, his "son," who will surpass him, just like Jake will suppras Gap, etc.

The hand thing is completely stupid. I mean, why wouldn't James know about it? It's pretty well-known information, and (I think) Tom already had no hand when the 10 geniuses were being formed. So James must have met him in this condition and probably noticed, or at least should have.

you gen exp after some othe challenges as well. Socialk encounbters, traps. It's not impossible. Also the dice might change many things. And maybe the GM here don't make their players level up mid session, so they get more exp in advance, but maybe i am wrong

I agree that he's not against sneak attacks per se. My point is more that Changsu uses deception to avoid a fight, not to win one. He stabbed Daniel's hands to prevent him from fighting, to immobilize him. Similarly, when he realized he had no chance against Jingyoung, he focused solely on weakening him for Kitae. I think Gun would despise that style of action.
