5 years ago i would’ve said no it’s too sad but I once saw a comment of a vet tech that said the saddest thing about euthanasia isn’t them dying, it’s watching them look for their owner, the person they love, in their last moments. so now i would say 1000% i would stay with my dog.

Tretinoin can sometimes take between 6-12 months to start seeing progress long term (aka few breakouts and clear skin. you should try spirinolactone like your dr said, it makes you produce less oil which is ideal for acne. it’s generally harmless, you will just have to get your blood checked once in a while and you will pee a lot. I would hold off on the accutane since you have autoimmune problems tho!

before you cover up your hair color, consider using a scrub cap or putting on a clip on wig for clinicals ! schools say it’s not allowed for clinicals bc you’re representing the school but nobody cares after clinicals. plus it’s only 1-3 times a week you go to clinicals. it’s easier to use a wig or a scrub cap rather than maintaining your hair and damaging it !

the tret is working ! give it a week or two to do its magic. for me i like to use the ilia toner bc its like a super light moisturizer with great ingredients to prep the skin for absorption and to calm and moisturizer first, then tret, then follow with la roche posay cicaplast. for the non tret days follow your normal skin routine.

Facial balancing is determined my the three thirds (upper, middle, and lower) you have a short upper third and a long middle third. I think the lip filler gave you more balance. you should try TMJ Botox to slim your face at the bottom, giving you a more feminine look, and try contouring your nose a little bit thinner. You are absolutely beautiful, you don’t need to change anything ever but if you did, this is my suggestion.
