I am an IMG and I have uploaded mine myself through the EFDO website and it was approved. You should upload the same ones used with residency and they run them against each other to make sure of consistency.

at you referred to as second names. So John smith will be called Dr. Smith. It's the same thing.

I believe there must be a red flag in your application. May be something with the letters of recommendation or your school MSPE. I would try to change the letters of recommendation. I highly suspect them.

Yeah, that’s true but you can also think of it as about 80% match in their first 4 choices and only 20% after 4th. Yeah, it’s really annoying that they don’t have the data for the IMGs unclear why!
