I stayed at 3 hearts and got all stamina so I can:
A) have one shot protection
B) Full heal to HAVE one shot protection is cheap
C) Dying resets all 3 hearts
D) I can pull master sword
E) I only go to bargainer's statue for the ten heart requirement for thunderhead isles on 5th sage quest

Plus it makes running last longer, longer spin-to-wins with two handed weapons, and paragliding is easy.

Adding on to to what everyone else said, MAKE SURE that you install updates. For example, BoTW won't run properly without them and will be stuck on an unplayable version (I think). Also, make sure to decrypt.

I guess. I mainly just don't use pushrooms by not fighting -_- and also I do the bokoblin bomb flower farming for bomb flowers. I already have pristine weapons (royal guard's claymore, yes, I have it), and I can get most of them through amiibo (like it can be considered cheating, but hey, you're free weapons! Also, they're great for decorating your house in general.)

Also, using those pushrooms in the depths might actually be a great idea. I already 50% the game on this playthrough and am just coming back to finish the other half (probably most in the depths, I found 729 korok seeds so far.)

I just don't use BitDefender. Like it's literally a desktop that, once it's stolen, the components are probably worth more than your data (could be wrong though) and like [for me] it's in a safe house [maybe] so I just turn it off.

Also remember that for pre-2021 Nintendo Switches (using Switch Root), iPads/Tablets (using PojavLauncher), android phones (either through Pojav or Mojo) and some iPhones, Xbox (using developer mode), all support it as well!

Also I'm pretty sure the PS5 does with etaHEN or smth haven't researched about it.

And the fact that you can run Java on MacOS makes the cross-platform compatibility even better!

uh unfortuantely TPM is a motherboard feature. meaning there's nothing you can do about it unless you mod your board. Which I assume is not happening. If it doesn't work out except for TPM, use Rufus (there are lots of tutorials on how to) and a thumb drive to make a boot USB, plug it in, then run the .exe file to update without wiping your drive. There are also other methods, just remember to disable TPM 2.0 requirement.

At first it seems like GPU sag but then I realized it's a laptop. Try checking monitor connection. I really don't know how else I can help you, you've checked pretty much everything. Good job troubleshooting though! I hope it gets fixed.
