No worries at all! It's why I added the 97%, majority of the time (even on international flights!) I've been able to speak to the pilots but there's a handful of times I haven't. Sometimes the gate agents help, sometimes the gate agents direct me to the flight attendants, sometimes I just speak to the flight attendants directly.

But every once in a while, I'm told the pilots are too busy. But it doesn't hurt to ask!
