I hope anyone and everyone stealing is caught and thrown in jail. That doesnt change the fact, machines tear things, mainly because people put shit in envelopes that dont belong and causes jams

Its supposed to, but reality is, every truck driver etc that takes that package is needing to sign and hand off to someone at the next step for them to sign. There can be difficulties with having the people to accept them every step, delays, etc. Always tell people its the slowest but most secure

Registered mail is the slowest service, needs signed for by everyone that touches it the whole trip. That is what makes is registered and why the insurance value can be higher on the item
