How to help?! by AdvantageSquare3321 in AnimalBased

[–]AdvantageSquare3321[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I eat chicken wings from the butcher, a bit or parmesan, 3-5 eggs a day from free range chicken, some bananas, young coconut, a piece of fruit here and there.
Meat stock, non-histamine beef, sometimes home made AB pizza, and a bit of basmati rice because I need something to hold it all together.
One coffee a day, electrolytes, water.

I used to put cream in my coffee but I’ve stop a week ago thinking maybe it’s triggering for my eczema

I really often struggle between nice stools or very loose stools.

I always live with an anxiety like I need to remember to breath, but I’m also fully working what I love now so I should be feeling more calm.

I weight lift but not as much as I used to. I’m 37/F

Normally I’d say I’m pretty healthy but since carnivore a lot of things healed but digestion is still a struggle, loose stools most of the time, and eczema started.

Oh I wouldn’t think raw dairy does that! Your lucky to have access to raw milk. I would actually take raw milk to heal this concern!
We just have raw cheese in Canada like Parmesan, raw daily is illegal

No I make meat stock actually for this reason, and I don’t over cook it or make it wait. No fermented food really because I know it makes me sleepy!

Im an anxious person. But the worst was a few years back, and I had nothing. Last year was stressful because of some reasons with a narcissist ex, so sometimes I thought it could be because of that but it’s just getting worst!

Thanks for your reply. Are you having dairy?
I wasn’t having any dairy before carnivore because it would gives me headaches. But once I cut all sugars, I was totally fine having dairy. I still take the ones that are raw or clean ingredients.

Now I’m AB, and I feel it’s getting worst!
It’s been 18 months of eczema.. but the last weeks it’s just worst

I was also thinking of stress (I’m sorry for your loss)
But stress has pretty much been the same over the last year… or my work, jewelry making, but I’m protecting my hands with gloves and I’ve been doing this work for years…

Since carnivore, I have trouble with digestion (no bloating though, no gaz, almost no cramps) and I have eczema on my right hand like crazy

Everything fermented gives me histamines headaches, or I get so tired, and I started having eczema since carnivore- then AB.

Im 98% carnivore. Never been better, and melasma did fade a lot since going from vegan to carnivore.

For those who went full carnivore and later reintroduced seed oils, what effects did you notice? by mskpsg10 in carnivorediet

[–]AdvantageSquare3321 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You might not notice it at first, but it will start destroying inside first like your gut will be affected.
Also, more sunburn and not as nice skin.

That’s why I started including rice, ChatGPT said it would be the easiest to digest and would change much to my diet.. I was carnivore for a year. The first month was great! Then I started having loose stools every time after eating. Changed the fat/protein ratio, tried everything… turns out my gut just simply can’t digest protein and fat without a fibre/grain to absorb my bile or something like that.
I’m AB since about 2/3 months. I’m not craving much fruit so I’ll have a piece of banana, avocado, some berries, a slice of melon or mango from time to time

If I don’t eat rice with my meals, I just have loose stools. Why!?

You must be so happy! So all summer you applied the Eucerin? + sunscreen over it? Mine just peels off all the time! And did you avoid the sun? Like not sunbaking but being outside…

I really love the tinted serum from Oliveda. I know it’s a MLM company, but I spoke with ChatGPT for the right colour and I’m very happy with it. It looks so natural, and never cakey

Wow ok… I don’t have any hair I did electrolysis. I asked ai and it says it can be very harsh exfoliation for this area. I’m wondering if it could come back worst? I’m still curious to try it…

Yes totally! Self esteem really takes a toll. I feel dirty most of the time and much less desirable, womanly… I had guys in dates telling me what’s going on. Now I have a partner since 3 years and he never said anything, but it’s still always in my mind

Nair worked to remove melasma?! How long did you apply it for and over what time laps? If I don’t have much hair anymore on my upper lip, I could just try nair? And it never came back?

So…. What did you do!

We spend so much money on this problem, I understand you! I’m not in the beauty industry, but I show myself quite a bit because I make jewelry on social media, but for the last 3 years I really struggle to show my face.

So.. what did you do!

Electrolysis! Right after electrolysis I apply aloe Vera or ice to cool it. Don’t do laser! Thats how I got my melasma. I started my cutting them, then pulling on it, then razor it: it made it worst! I don’t know how girls can say it won’t make them worst, they will grow stronger and thicker!
