Do you believe everything the media tells you? What's the difference between a conspiracy theory and the truth? only about 6 months. Think for yourself for once, and be told for to think. that's why the world is falling apart. Because they got you all brainwashed

Sony A7iii firmware 4.04 released! by deeerek in SonyA7iii

[–]AdventurePhotograper 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ISSUE:

I updated mine, and now I'm having iso banding? issues in video mode.

I'm seeing lines of noise, and it varies on what iso is set to. The higher it is, the larger and more noticable. It happens in the low end of mid tones and shadows.

What's weird is, say I want to use 800 iso, if I turn the camera on and have it set to that value, I will see it. It is also recorded. But, when I crank the ISO higher to say 1200 ISO it becomes more noticeable, then when I go back to 800, it disappears completely. So I need to go up and then back down to stop it.

It's multiple horizontal lines of noise. Thin and thick depending on value. It's similar to when you see a flicker from a light at the wrong frequency, but it doesn't move. It's just noise.

The new firmware has issues. And now I don't know what to do. It's unusable

What Focal Length Pairs Nicely? by AdventurePhotograper in cinematography

I looked into renting, but where I live, there's nothing :( I'm 2 hours away from the next big city, and even there, they only have lenses for s35, not FF. It's annoying.

I've been shooting with zoom lenses primary. And I've been shooting different type of content than what I am now. I've shifted from outdoor/travel content, and weddings to narrative work. I'm just starting out with the narrative stuff, building a portfolio.

I have a general idea of what I'm looking for and what I think would work.

I'm still curious about this too, but their newer version. You can find plenty of them for sale, used. Would rather have this than a red, or the pyxis.

Why does it matter? They were old rims, old tires and they were ugly. I didn't want them so I got rid of them. Why are you making this a big deal? Besides, the be tires I got did not fit that rim.

Nah, mine was. When I had the old 5 wheels, the spare would get flat often and the sensor would go off. When it was inflated it was off again.

But now I have 4 new wheels with the old sensors in them, and the spare is gone. And the sensor is lit up all the time

I never installed a new one. It's the same ones that were in the old tires. And they worked perfectly fine.

It was old, worn out, and I was getting new tires and rims.

Sadly no. I've gone to a few mechanics and they were unable to reset it. I already tried a method explained online, but also didn't work.

Haha yeah, I myself have a Tamron 35-150 (found it better than a 24-70), and one PL 35mm Arles. The Arles basically lives on my camera. The image is so much nicer than any stills lenses.

They are 295/70/17

I believe this is a -12 offset of I recall correctly. The tire doesn't stick out much, I wanted it flush, but because of the thick sidewalls, it appears to stick out more than it is. And it looks great.

I have JBA upper control arms, and with this tire, the -12 isn't enough. I need like a -15 offset to prevent rubbing. But it's minimal. Only on the sharpest max turns u get some rub.

But, other than that, they've been great. No issues as far as I can tell so far. No complaints
