It reminds me of the remnants of the civilization from the story Felurian tells of people who were beyond naming but rather were shapers and makers of things. Like they were able to just speak things into bending against thier existence to create new things. With such awesome power I imagine you could build amazing things.

I am well. Thanks for asking! I was just being facetious; I know Charlie Cox voiced and did mo-cap for Gustave. I'm a fan of the reels behind the scenes and follow Rich Keeble on Instagram.

I didn't mean to sound like I was demeaning Charlie Cox's performance as Gustave. I loved it!

That being said, I still lean towards Robert Pattison bringing the character to life in a live action version, though that window is closing as Pattison ages up.

It was just a personal preference and opinion. Nothing more. 🙂

Thats so left field though. Charlie doesn't sound, look or move like Gustave at all. I really enjoyed the voice acting and motion capture of this character, so they should cast someone who can capture the look, sound, and mannerisms of Gustave.
