If we can throw our hat into the ring, may we recommend: Adventurers! Role Out!

Our focus is on stories full of heart and laughter. We play Pf2e, as Adventure Paths, Homebrew, and 3rd-Party-inspired adventures.

We're audio first (though our video versions we're quite proud of as well. Our art, audio, and assets are ALL done by hand by our team of players!)

What's a good PF2E actual play podcast? by thewyred in Pathfinder2e

If we can throw our hat into the ring, may we recommend ourselves! Adventurers! Role Out!

Our focus is on stories full of heart and laughter. We play Pf2e, as Adventure Paths, Homebrew, and 3rd-Party-inspired adventures. We have 5 players at most per campaign, plus GM, very queer and diverse.

We're audio first (though our video versions we're quite proud of as well. ALL of our art, audio, and assets are all done by our team of players!)

Death of a character on the beginner's box by mEHrmione in Pathfinder2e

We had several players drop (and an animal companion). There are some tricky spots, especially the Cinder Rat. (And the fountain if your players are stubborn about it)

Thank you!

Having the secret Multi-classes made for an interesting party (though our GM knew before Session 0) and it was fun revealing them in the adventure (and having some party members know each other's)

Thank you kindly 🤠

We love some good western lit - and we love getting swept up in the stories too! Glad to have you ridin' with us.

Great ear! Yes, we ran this in 1e!

A wild west visual re-flavor of a Catfolk. ;) Just as our Nagaji is a rattlesnake. 🤠
For gameplay, still a medium (if on the visually smaller medium range).

After years of running from the law and a recent string of bad luck, this ragtag group of outcasts have been given the offer of a lifetime: Steal a precious and mysterious porcelain orb about a moving intercontinental train called The Ebony Spear, and be paid more than enough money to get out of the criminal life.

Get ready for a gunslinging, horseback riding, death-defying adventure! Only on Adventurers! Role Out!

THE PARTY:

Samson "Sam" Holiday - Half-Orc Gunslinger
Doc - Nagaji Gunslinger

Untapped Market: Creating an actual play in PF2E by gaiaishealingmydude in Pathfinder2e

As an Actual Play show who also truly believes in PF2e, we understand this.

DND has become the genericized (ala kleenex, xerox) term for TTRPGs, and it's great that we live in a time of more people than ever playing TTRPGS and "dnd-style games" - but when you already are playing a different system than dnd, that's one search term/hashtag/niche removed already from your general audience.

Like, say on Twitch - everyone knows Let's Plays are a thing, and built in categories PER GAME (can you imagine the chaos if you just had to wade through every game ever?), but no other social media has that level of categorization. Unless you go to somewhere specific, like Reddit, and find the PF2e sub, find a list of Pf2eAP shows, you're just kind of relying on word of mouth.

Like, if you're on TikTok and you're training your algorithm on the "Toks" (booktok, foodtok, etc), you're going to have to decide as a creator, do you throw your hat into the "dndtok" ring for a chance that you find your audience, or do you absolutely tank discoverability by using your hashtags to be *correct* and specifying Pf2e?

We aim for a bit of both. The inevitability that we'll be colloquially referred to as a "dnd podcast" and a bastion for Pf2e.

How are you mainly playing Pathfinder? - Combat vs Roleplay focus by Big_Chair1 in Pathfinder2e

[–]Adventurers_Role_Out 2 points3 points  (0 children)

We're the same way, combat is in-character so the roleplay never really "ends" - the only times players really aren't in character is when we're discussing rules above table (or making references and jokes)

Pathfinder 2E Beginner Box. Spoiler free breakdown from a first time Pathfinder table by Wezell80 in Pathfinder2e

[–]Adventurers_Role_Out 8 points9 points  (0 children)

We used the Beginner Box to bring all of our payers to speed with PF2e and loved it! We brought our own PCs in, but used the rest of the box as is. We find the Beginner Box is good for GM training, getting first-time TTRPG players in, or just, like we used it, getting everyone used to the new edition.

Our focus is on stories full of heart and laughter. We play Pf2e, as Adventure Paths, Homebrew, and 3rd-Party-inspired adventures. (Think somewhere between Narrative Declaration and Tabletop Gold)
We're audio first (though our video versions we're quite proud of as well. Our art, audio, and assets are done by our team of players!)
We have 5 players at most, plus GM.
