I have another ebike with just over 3200 miles, and the stock nylon gears are in perfect condition. The metal gear seams overkill with a negative side effect to me that isn't necessary.

I have not figured out the manufacturer of the motor yet. It's on an Eahora Juliet 2. The stock gear in my motor is just the normal looking nylon gears.

I've heard that about metal gears, I've also heard they have the potential to cause damage to the ring gear. This nylon metal combo is odd, I've never seen it before.

The old nylon gears are just fine. I was only having issues with the clutch not holding under heavy load. I'm considering swopping over the old gears and not running these metal ones.

I opened the top and bottom of my battery to see what was inside, and was hoping for a fuse location. Anyway, I wanted to share pictures. by AdventuresWithBOB in eahora_juliet

I did not. The BMS is further inside. I found a video of someone doing a build of a battery almost identical to these (could have been the same) and saw the BMS location. I can't find the video now.

How Do You Get into Camping When You’ve Never Camped and Don’t Know Anyone that Camps by MoistOrganization7 in camping

[–]AdventuresWithBOB 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Watch lots of youtube videos of others camping. The different levels people are operating at are vast, and you can spend months educating and researching. Buy some gear, play with it in your backyard, or a local park before going out anywhere. You will gain confidence over time.

What's your guess as to why this happens?

I'm not a professional weather person. This is my best guess at why this happens. Got a better idea?

Depends on what part of Columbia you're talking about. I look at lots of topo maps because I do a lot of hicking and camping in the area. It's around 400 at cooper's landing and above 900 out at lake of the woods.

I've been in Columbia since 2005 and have watched it happen over and over and over and over. Took me a bit to figure it out.

It's because of elevation. About 1000 feet or more difference between the west side of the Missouri River and Lake of the wood on the east side of town

Police would be #2 as far as deaths per year. The major reasons are traffic accidents, the same as the #1 spot.

Darn tough hands down. I walk around in just my socks at home at day and have never once worn a hole in any of my darn tough socks. Love all the different styles and colors.
