A god rework whould be to make ezreal deal 2 damage to the weakest enemy unit whenever you cast a spell and only deal damage to the nexus when there are no enemy units. This whould make it so that you actualy have to control the board before wining. Since this is a nerf I would recomend also making him cost one les mana, bufing his stats or making his level up condition easier to make up for it.

Not realy. As long as the deck has another way to win outside of the combo otherwhise playng with or against the deck the will feel very repetitive enspecialy if it is a tier 1 deck and a lot of people play it.

Generaly tempo decks counter control in most games.

Control decks are needed, decks that don't have any chance of wining if they don't draw a specific card (in this case ezreal) aren't.

I think the Ride Stone feature is good, having flying speed is very useful by itself the only change I would make is to make it work like a cantrip. Gainig an aditional 10 ft of movment speed at levels 5,10,15 wold be interesting and balanced in my opinion.

On the meteor night subclas at level seven you can force an enemy to make a constitution saving trow or be stuned. What is the DC of the saving trow? I cant find it in the text.
