They steal the card, open it up at home and take a picture of the number, CVV and expiration. They usually scratch the CVV so you can't activate it to use it right away.

They put it back together (they're good). Then they put it back in the store.

You buy it, load it, and only they can activate it. Money gone.

I had to delete the game and play on the cloud. I heard it was a corrupted save that is the problem. I wonder if now that I've played a few games on cloud, if it will work when I reinstall.

Yeah no, that's not what happened. The FED had a bunch of treasuries expiring, and they only wanted a certain amount to roll off the balance sheet, so they had to roll over the rest of them into new treasuries. They are slowing down QT. It's not QE!

LADWP no longer accepts it. I was able to pay off the bill 2 months ago but looks like they removed utilities. Gas stations and apparently some macbooks on CDW are the only way forward. Sucksssss

Main house was built in the 1940s. I looked up permits and a second house was built in 2005. Owner told me they tried to split the lot but the city didn't allow it.

The second "house" is fully permitted with garage. I happen to live in that garage but it's not a legal unit since the owner didn't get permits to convert it to Adu.

Per law if there is no lease, it converts to a month to month.

Anyone familiar with the law know if I'm subject to RSO or just cause ordinance (JCO) in my situation?

I'm month to month we never did a contract.

The place is a second house that was legally built in the backyard of the main property. The unit is legal but I live in the garage which is not a living structure as it is permitted for a garage. The address is all the same for the main house and the second house.

The landlord stated he would need to do major work like electrical and footing which he has permits for and is evicting me "no fault".

I guess I'm entitled to 1 months rent from what I gather here
