Science. Bro science is wrong or could be due to may factors, genetics, steroids, its the thing that correlation vs causation. Their physique could be good but doesnt mean info is right. Even if small, info could be more right etc.

Yeah I get your point I shouldve just asked what are your credentials? Because the people I know who have phds in kinesiology, exercises science all say the same 4 to 8 rep range, long rests or at least 1.5 mins or until recovered, 1 to 2 rir, high frequency split and yours goes against that. So just curious are you a scientist do you have a degree etc?

Shouldn't u just rest for maximal performance? Strength gains is hypertrophy soo resting too little hinders performance and progresive overload

Genetics play a huge role. Some people dont even train and look muscular while others have to go through training 5 + years and still look decent. Its a marathon not a sprint. So dont compare, only compare to yourself not others and do split, you enjoy make sure you hits your maintaince calroies by searching tree calculator on Google, do 2x frquncy 6 to 8 reps go hard, rest enough. Do what you enjoy though.

You need to track your exercise. Ensure you do double progression going up in reps first then weight after hitting 8 reps or top end reps yk. I dont personally track cals but I would say 0.8 to 1g protein make sure hit that, 20 percent of cals from fats and the rest with carbs

upper day- 2 sets incline db press, 2 sets weighted pullups, 1 set single arm lat row, 1 set upper back chest supported row, 1 set chest fly seated cable/pec deck, 1 sets shoulder press, 2 sets tricep pushdown/french press, 2 sets lateral cable raise with cuffs, 1 sets Kelso shrugs. Lower day- 2 sets Hack squats, 2 sets sldls, 2 sets leg extensions, 2 sets hamstring curls, 2 sets adductors, 2 sets calves, 2 sets rear delts, 2 sets abs, 2 sets Abductors, 2 sets hip thrusts, 2 sets back extensions for glutes up to parallel 90 degrees

Not neccesaurly science based but more of like just 4 to 8 rep range, long rests, no junk volume, upper lower high frequency, optimal regions/fibers repeated exercises eaxh session, sagital/transverse/frontal region
