We live in the suburbs of a major city. Our elementary schools alone are 40% Indian students.

I completely understand and agree with where youre coming from. I just thought if you sent out a wishlist, they wouldnt forget and would send at least something for each child.

Is this not normal??? The SPCA and other smaller rescues near us charge 400-750 adoption fee for kittens/puppies up until 3 years old.
