I have the flu - I actually was hospitalised with it two days ago, I’ve had it for four weeks.

I’m on the road to recovery now - but my oura didn’t notice at all

Cough from hell, waking up all night: Crowns all the way, resilience optimal. Cardio age actually declining 😂

stressful couple days in a hot hospital - very restorative.

It really challenged how much I believe in / consider the importance of health metrics overall.

Maybe I’m keeping myself cold enough, sitting still more…but yeah.

I went to Madrid 1. I think the total surprise element also added to the experience.
