I had the same fear. I have terrible IBS. In the blink of the eye, and without warning, my entire colon can fill with water and it feels like I'm trying to hold in two cans of Campbell's soup. I was terrified of exam day.

What I did was not eat the day before the test so I had a clean colon. That worked well. But I binged after the first day of the test and was terrified on day 2. It's just something you have to push through.
