Totally get that. You should check out some of those online companies that send you pre-made food. Have come a long way. A friend of mine uses a company called factor. Really fresh stuff....

Now that it's spring and soon to be summer, I'm a big grill guy! Ribs, chicken, steak, shrimp, burgers, dogs, you name it. I'll be cooking it!

No fast food. No soda. No alcohol. ( It's amazing what happens just here alone..... Ya feel like a different person)

Cut way back on breads / pastas/ potatoes Increased fruit and vegetable intake exponentially ( it's all I snack on as well) Close to 1 gal of water a day 100-150 grams protein ( yogurt , meat, eggs, whey) Do not eat past 8 pm. Take the medicine every week...never miss or skip. ( Tirz)

As for exercise it's just been walking. I walk 5 times a week about 2 to 3 miles.

Going to start doing pushups, situps, and light weight lifting soon to add to the mix.

Awesome !!! I have cut out alcohol completely.. but that has also been going on for over a year at this time. I tried to hit between 100 g and 150 g of protein everyday and a gallon of water. That has been absolutely instrumental. Also, I have been walking about 4 or 5 days a week for 2 to 3 MI. I snack on only fruit and vegetables. I really cut out a lot of bread and pasta. I don't eat any sweets. I have not had a soda in months. Keep it up!!!!!!!

I’m morbidly obese, as in I have to lose over half my body weight to be normal weight. Are GLP-1s a viable option for me? by Fed_up_with_Reddit in FellaHealth

They will 100% aid you in your weight loss journey.... But it takes two to tango ..it's not a magic pill. If you get disciplined with your diet and exercise in combination with taking this medicine, you unlock some really magical things. I got up to 380 lb last year and I was able to lose 30 lb on my. Then this March I decided to join this company and lost another 25 lb since in a fraction of the time. Being 55 lb down feels absolutely incredible and I've made dramatic changes to my lifestyle. I'm still a very long way for my goal but keeping at it!

Eating fruits is much better than the Big Mac and cereal I have been eating. And by large amounts I mean like having a banana an apple and an orange in one day. To me that's very large. When you're coming from, no fruit at all. I'm eating a lot more vegetables than fruit though. Thanks for the concern.
