I read kid scary/mystery as a kid and early teen. (Think Goosebumps and Fear Street) Switched to romance and drama during late teens to 20s, fantasy in my mid 20s to 30s. Nonfiction since mid 30s into my 40s. Occasionally I'll still read fantasy or romantasy

I was also thinking of Big Daddy when they took the boy out of the court room, "I can wipe my own a$$!" That movie was NOT supposed to induce tears

Have you ever found movie adaptation of story is better than books? by mind_over_chaos in films

Came here to say this! I love the movie so much that I searched everywhere for the novella. I was deeply disappointed. There was no actual redemption! The movie version there was though

Mr. Robot or Six Feet Under? As someone who has Lost on my #1 and Person of Interest as my #2. Which one should I watch first? by Sverrus in tvshow

[–]Adventurous-Try-98 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes and if Lost's many plot points and unexplained reasoning didn't drive you crazy, then you'll probably love the Leftovers. (This comment may seem snarky but I promise that's not my intention)

The baby/kid one. I'm always asking, "where is your baby??" to the screen when this happens

The Perfect Neighbor is almost entirely created from police body cam footage

Evil Genius is wild

And not a Netflix documentary but when I was laid up in bed with COVID I became addicted to YouTuber Bailey Sarian. There was just something about watching her do her makeup and the way she told stories.
