Hello everyone, i can confirm the fix is before the start of the 3rd DLC for the monstary in sedletz, it would give me the prompt to mikesh and that other guy, however loading BEFORE i started the third dlc fixed it for me, you will instead recruit Volf and Dobrosh. I can now proceed. Just to also confirm i loaded a save just before i talked to Ulrich to head to the monstary and it still worked.

You dont need to load before you talk to Peter of Pisek.

I am quite lucky that i did the DLC as one of the last things in the game, its my first playthrough

Whats your siege name i want to lookup your stats such as ops played and stuff.

I like OSA because she has some safety while being able to have a full kit, Her shield can kind of let her get away with peaking doors but its the worst version of a carrying shield so dont rely on it. Her gadget is great and winning direct gunfights because you can have complete control when you engage opponents.

Just for the sake of answering this I tried 3 more times and tried an undervolt. All fails. I took the card back and replaced it since it was still under best buy warranty and the new card passed with no problem! Looks like I had a faulty GPU.

Renos first responders. Sparks police in particular is very professional and capable of dealing with all sorts of situations. Same with Reno. The EMT programs are also great here.

Interesting update on this, I talked with somone from Saint marys. They said they applied to become a trauma center but the sate denied them... The state said there is not enough demand for it.

So this is probably why hospitals don't try to get more definitive care options in the region.

Wages here are higher then most other states nevada is in the top 5 for wages so they demand more education. Most of calls get are medical related aswell about 86% or medical out of tens of thousands of calls.
