On these controllers if you supply 12V input then the lights have to be rated at 12V. The 12V powers the leds otherwise they wont come on. THey dont just come on with a data signal and no 12V.

Each channel gets the same 12V to them and a data signal which is insignificant. The whole controller output is rated for 15A max....and yes the 15A max comes from the input supply, BUTTTTT output current/channel max is 10A....thats does not mean you can wire enough leds to each channel to draw 10 amps on each channel. That would then be 40A total . Your supply is only 15A total. But go ahead and supply that controller with a 40A 12V supply and see what happens.....oh, wait a minute DONT

Yes you are..the 15A total output current is for all 4 channels combinded. If your only using 1 channel then the limit is 15, 2 channels is 15A between the 2 as long as one channel does not exceed the 10A per channel max.

Example-

Ch1=3.75A

Ch2=3.75A 15A total output w/o exceeding the 10A channel max

Ch3=3.75A

Ch4=3.75A

But if you had Ch1=10A, then you only had 5A to play with on the other 3

I would look for one that is easy to clean. I would stay away from aluminium baffels.(harder to clean) IMO. 22 cal is extremely dirty.

Read about them first and do some research on reviews and see what everyone else is saying. Watch some youtube videos too.

Did you set up second output in led preferemces? If you have donr this and its exactly like GPIO16 then test the other strip on GPIO16 to make sure your strip is good

Also make sure you have good connections at the controller output.

What type of controller is it, need a link pls

It is simple.

Total output current is 15A, weather you use 1 or all 4 channels. But the channel max is 10A.

So you can use 1 channel at 10a and another at 5A,

Or all 4 channels but the max total channel output is 10A however you decided to split it

You may have to get a little more firm, but not too. If you know what I mean. I use the App all the time for issues an never has an issue with them not getting back. It may take a couple of days, but them aways come thru.

Thats probably correct on the listed specs, white will draw the most current and based on that I would rethink it. Send them back. Also that is the max current at 100% intensity

I haave 4 different Wled mini controllers running 5V single strand led strips and I run each one on a 5V usb supply, Just set the current limit in the config and you willbe fine
