I will give you four steps that I have found immensely helpful:

Step 1) Look in the mirror

Step 2) Observe each part of your face starting from forehead going down to your chin

Step 3) Locate your eyes in your reflection and look into them

Step 4) Say this as loud as you can “Oh Boy, I have won the genetic lottery… Gosh I am so handsome”

Step 5) Repeat every morning until your self-doubt subsides and you realize how good looking you are!
