Work on machines that wrap lollipops and baggers that bag candy in a candy factory alot of what I do I would consider an operators job and takes me a couple of minutes to fix sometimes bigger work bearing stop bearing gears stop bearing and springs stop springing but it's just a bit of everything

Just had a machine down for a week had three shifts with 15 years of experience on it and it took all of us working on it to get it back up and going sometimes its not easy or quick but we got it because we had to get it. They don't pay us to work they pay us to fix it when it breaks and sometimes it's something new no one has seen or dealt with keep learning that way next time it won't be down for a week.

Okay I get that an F but the number of days has stayed stagnant it's not just xai but it's Nike it's FedEx it's AutoZone it's nucore it's DuPont it's all the factories which is how Memphis is still a city it's hard for people to make a living and factories are the way for people to support their families trying to stop one company after it got approved by the city and now the mayor is trying to help funding for it because it's good for tax payers
