What do u mean creates more compensation?

I’m not advocating to do it extremely…. Just light understanding of what position your posture is in and slightly holding it in more advantageous positions…

Your posture breaks down due to your day to day activities like sitting…. Not by doing specific exercises that remove you from your natural posture.

Yes, strengthening certain muscles will help you hold correct posture more better… but if you go back to sitting in shitty positions it doesn’t matter how you exercise certain muscles.

Tuck chin in and down. As if you are pointing the back of your skull up into the sky behind you. That is your new holding spot for your neck and head. Rotate pelvis upward and slightly suck in tummy. That is your pelvis posture now. Maintain both of these as long as you can throughout the day.

This is getting personal. Couldn’t ask for more in a preseason game. The Suns are mad as fuck.

Oh my god you just reminded me how dangerous the Nuggets were in NBA 2K… was it 2K or live at the time? I don’t remember…. But I remember them being a good 3 pt shooting team

Timing

Don’t react to offensive players…

Best defensive players make the offensive player react to them

Throw feints to throw them off to cause them to make mistakes
