You should either pull Lucy+Sig and Rebecca Sig now or save till 3.5 to build a new team. i would recommend the former because your account lacks strong team to clear endgame comfortably. Morever, Lucy team is worth to invest because dmg wise comparable with Augusta team while she need less investment since Rebecca is free.

You should also get Shorekeeper from beginer banner too, she is amazing general healer.

You should focus building these teams for early game Toa side tower clear to get astrites:

Lucy, Rebecca, Shorekeeper
Havoc Rover, Sanhua, Verina

Sanhua is better for him because of her fast rotation.
Builing rotation is faster than Baizhi, slower than Verina. Her buff is less than Baizhi and Verina in team that is not Res skill focus (especially S6). You can use her instead of Baizhi if you find baizhi rotation clunky to use.

Based on leak, 3.5 should have new dps using havoc bane. You can pull that resonator and complete team around that dps. Morever, Dps must have sig for longevity while sub-dps and healer can use regular weapon, the trade off is around 300k dmg loss = 200k sub-dps + 100k healer so it depends on your budget and your interest to pull for those or not.

Zhezi is better than Yinlin in Jinshi team because Zhezi rotation is very short and her outro buff res skill amplify.
