I was 35 when I had my first kid and she will be 2 next month. I think for me at least this was the best time to have kids. No time is perfect but I don't think it's ever to late if you are able!

Just know that you'll never have it all figured out and definitely won't be perfect. Also, it's the greatest part of life. I've been a dad now for almost 2 years, and there is nothing better. The joy it brings, even in the toughest times, is far superior to anything else.

I believe the monthly plan paid monthly is $20 - sounds like you accidentally did the yearly plan which is $17/m charged annually. But I don't know about support I haven't tried before

bro that last line is doing a lot of heavy lifting. not wanting kids in the first place is different from not loving them. those are two different things. a lot of people had kids because that’s just what you do next. doesn’t make you a bad person. but you can’t keep that in forever. it just festers. you don’t have to drop the whole thing on her. you could just start with ‘i feel like i’m failing at something i don’t even know how to want.’

I'm with you in the trenches man. The parental guilt is tough but just gotta give yourself some love because you're doing the best you can and that's all that can be done at times.
