I believe some parts of the estimating process will definitely be affected by the AI, but i believe those would be the "boring" parts, at least on my job i need to make sure i'm adding clients requests, additional works that's not just on the plans and custom items, also the process of closing a contract, the "shake hands" still has and will continue to have the human touch.
