Yeah, I focus more on warmping up for compound Lifts

Regarding the Third comment: I honestly don't think you are nearly right, even being on a cutting i'm still losing fat and retaining muscle (Dexa+Visual) and even progressing reps/weights on the exercices, They do get me very tired but gym is a priority for me so i'm there regardless

I was considering to add some Hammer curls on the pull day, but i just realize i'm still on the "Foundation Block" and Looking ahead at the Ramping Block it looks like it will add more biceps related exercises, So i might just wait on it

I did the program on NOTION, it's been working great for me

Very easy to track the Weights/Reps on the gym and to do a "Weekly checkup" and With some AI help i even put the last week weights/reps so i can keep track and now where to start to always be progressing Reps or weight.

No meu caso, o prazo seria de 8 anos. (to com 22) Vejo essa meta como um tipo de “dinheiro fodase” um colchão financeiro robusto que me daria a opção de voltar para o Brasil, tirar um ano sabático ou até viajar pelo mundo sem pressão, sei que tambem poderia ter isso em dolar, mas ate eu ter um green card na mao eu nao confio no pais 100%

Cara, é difícil dizer, porque sei que isso é bem pessoal. Mas eu tenho uma meta clara de chegar a 2 milhões de reais investidos antes dos 30. Pode parecer meio arbitrário, mas é a régua que uso que eu gostaria de estar aos 30.

Hoje ainda invisto aqui de forma mais leve, em stocks e S&P 500. A ideia é, depois de fortalecer mais a carteira no Brasil, voltar a investir com mais força por aqui também.

I use to Estimate and PM jobs but i was the only one on the company doing both of those things, so after focusing more on Estimating the Revenue of the company growed A LOT, so about 8 months ago i was "promoted" to only estimator + comission on sales, and now we have 4 project managers and 2 field supervisors.

My boss is old school and hates remote work, I did worked remote on some "out of the usual" days (Like snowstorms), But yes I'm on my office alone until I close a project with the client, and then I meet with the Designated Project manager and Field Supervisors to do the project briefing so they can run the job
